Now juggling a new media livelihood with being a mother and wife, Nadiya admits the challenges of life have made it easier for her to overcome her anxiety. She said: 'I recognize I'll always have it. I feel it every now and again. I know it’s there. 'Challenging myself makes it easy. I welcome awkward and difficult situations because it challenges me to say, You can do this. 'I'm wisdom to deal with this much better. It's a real problem. We need to see it as a medical issue. It needs to be recognised.
